60 minute session
Great session for individuals looking for initial direction without a major financial commitment, sometimes all you need is just a different perspective to point you in the right direction. This session includes a review of your current situation and brainstorming constructive ideas on how to utilize your existing skill set, goals and desires at this phase of life to reposition yourself for success.
*Includes a one hour session via phone, skype, meet in person when appropriate, and email followup.
Optional: Replay recording of sessions via Skype, Instant Teleseminar etc.
90 minute session
This session is designed for individuals who need to dive a little deeper and then are ready to go off on their own. We spend more time here in examining your current situation and also discuss more in depth ways on how to utilize your existing skill set, goals and desires at this point in your life to create new potential income streams combined with a review of various personality aptitude results..i.e. Myers Briggs or similar aptitude assessment to make sure your new work direction is aligned with how your internally wired for success.
*Includes a 90 minute session and 30 minute followup via phone or skype, or similar electronic format, to track your progress & answer further questions, meet in person when appropriate, also includes a email summary of session.
Optional: Replay recording of sessions via Skype, Instant Teleseminar etc.
Online LinkedIn and Resume Branding
This session is designed to help you brand your LinkedIn profile and Resume to showcase to future employers where your looking to go next in your career, highlight your accomplishments and design your “Elevator Pitch” in which you’ll be able to communicate your value to hiring managers and companies on how you can be a potential benefit to their organization.
One Month-30 day session
This session is designed for individuals who wish to take a deeper dive and would like more personalized attention. This option consists of four 90 minute sessions, 1 per week, in examining your current situation discussing various in depth ways on how to utilize your existing skill set goals and desires to create new potential income streams combined with a review of various personality aptitude results..i.e. Myers Briggs or similar aptitude assessment to make sure your new work direction is aligned with how your internally wired for success.
Also included is coaching on how and where to reach out to new potential employers for work that fits your new direction in life, a review of your current resume and assistance in creating new a new resume format and online profiles applicable to your new desired work situation. This usually includes advice on how to rebrand and format your LinkedIn, Google account or other Social Media profiles etc to reflect your new desired work outcome.
*Includes 30 minute followup via phone or skype, instant teleseminar etc, to track your progress & answer further questions, also includes a email summary of session, meet in person when appropriate.

Group coaching
Why Group Coaching and how can this help me ?
It allows for individuals to participate in a more affordable manner and by working in a group it will also allow you engage with others going thru some of the same challenges as yourself and learn from them as well as the Second Act career coaching I provide. In addition to the coaching provided you'll also find that you may make new friends as well since you all share a common goal in discovering a new work model that fits you at this point in your life.
This will usually consist of 8 60 minute sessions, one per week, via Google Hangouts, Skype or Zoom, Instant Teleseminar etc. Group size varies but is usually 10-20 people and we will cover the information listed in the One Month session. However, since it's a group class vs one on one coaching, solutions and advice will be more general in nature as to accommodate and be appropriate for the entire group.

Frequently asked Questions & Answers
This all sounds great but how much does it cost?
In regards to what your investment in yourself is for coaching I don't list pricing on my site because without having an introductory call as described above I've found there really is no way I can adequately direct/guide you to the right service offering for you. Of course the decision is yours but I've found that by investing in coaching at various stages of my life it provided me with a clearer direction, actually saved me time and money in indecision and often led me to new and exciting ventures in the Second Act of my Life.
Can you do all or some of this yourself?
Growing up I heard this phrase repeatedly in my life "Experience is the Best Teacher" BULL. I've often found that "Wisdom is the Best Teacher" What's the difference ? consider this example, If you were walking thru a mine field and didn't know where the active mines were would you want to find out yourself "Experience" OR would you rather follow in the footsteps of people who have successfully navigated that minefield already, "Wisdom" ? I've presented this option to many people in their Second Act phase of life and more often than not they chose Wisdom, will you ?
Is it possible to have my company pay for this I've been laid off as part of my severance package?
If you find yourself laid off, in the middle of a 'RIFF" (reduction in force) or a new one I recently heard from a friend 20+yrs with same company and in his early 60's in which he was "invited to retire", sometimes as part of your severance package your company may offer to pay for Career Counseling. If you find yourself in that situation feel free to contact me and discuss as I've worked with outplacement companies and various human resource depts in the past and can help you navigate that option.
I've read all the coaching session offerings, frequently asked questions and answers and am ready to get started, what do I do next?
How it works:
We will have a free 15-20min phone/skype conversion to learn about each others situation and see if this is a good fit for both to continue. NOTE: If you've participated in one of my upcoming teleseminars/webinars this usually replaces the phone/skype conversation as I will try to answer all questions/concerns in advance via that format.
Based on our initial conversation we will decide on the best session/investment for you at this time and schedule a day & time that works for all parties involved and I will request your payment information at time of scheduling your appointment. If you need to reschedule 48hrs notice required. If no notice given and you do not show up for your session/investment full fee for the session will be kept.
3.Full payment is required via Paypal before we begin your session/investment and I accept all major credit cards that are accepted via Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account that is no problem as I am able to provide an invoice to you via my Paypal service.
4.Guarantee: For all sessions/investments if after completing all the assignments and returning them to me via email, you feel the coaching I provided did not benefit you sufficiently a 25% refund will be returned to you via Paypal minus any applicable fees they ask for.
5.All coaching sessions will be done online via Phone,Skype,Zoom, Webinar etc in order to better serve all involved. Live workshops and meeting in person when appropriate.
